    ٢٠٦٧ - في، س: زَيْد بن أبي الزَّرْقاء يزيد أبو محمَّد المَوصلِيّ الرَّمليّ أحد الزُّهَّاد والمحدِّثين.عن جَعْفر بن بُرْقَان، وعِيسى بن طَهْمَان، وشُعبَهْ، والثَّوْرِيّ، وعبد الرَّحمن بن ثابت، والأوزاعيّ وطبقتهم. وعنه إبراهيم بن حَمْزَة الرَّمْلِيّ، وبِشْر الحَافِي، وسعيد بن أسَد بن موسى، وإبراهيم بن سَعيد الجَوْهَرِيّ وابنه هَارُون بن زيد وخلق. قال ابن معين: ليس بهِ بَأْس (¬١)، عنده جامع سُفيان، رأيتُه بمكة، أثنى عليه في الفَضْل والنُّسُك. مات سنة (٩٤ هـ)، وقيل: أخذ في الأسْر في الجهاد، فمات في الأسْرِ رحمه الله تعالى. ذكره ابن حبَّان في الثقات، وقال: يُغْرِب.
