    ٢٠٥٦ - تمييز: زَيْد بن الحَسَن بن عليّ بن أبي طالب الهاشِميّ المَدَنِيّ، أمّه أمّ بشير -بفتح المُوَحَّدة وكسر الشِّين المعجمة بنت أبي مَسْعُود الأنْصَارِيّ، وهو زيد الأكبر. عن أبيه، وابن عبَّاس، وجابر. وعنه ابنه حسن، وعبد الرحمن بن أبي الموالي، وأبو مَعْشَر نَجيح وآخرون ذكره ابن حِبَّان في الثقات، وكان جوادًا ممَدَّحًا شَرِيفًا سَرِيًّا رحمة الله عليه.
