    ١٥٤٧ - ق: حَيَّان - مثل الذي قبله - الأعرج. عن العلاء بن الحضرمي. وعنه محمد بن زيد - وكأن روايته مرسلة (¬٢) - وابن جُريج. ذكر ابن حبان في الثقات، وقال: حيان الأعرج، عن جابر بن زيد، روى عنه منصور بن زاذان، لعله هذا، قال ابن أبي حاتم في الجرحوالتعديل: حيان الأعرج الجَوْفِي بصري، روى عن جابر بن زيد، روى عنه قتادة، وابن جريج، وسعيد بن أبي عروبة، وداود القصاب، ومنصور بن زاذان، سمعتُ أبي يقول ذلك، قال عبد الرحمن: قال (¬١): ذكره أبي عن إسحاق بن منصور عن يحيى بن معين أنه قال: حَيَّان الأعرج ثقة. انتهى (¬٢).
