    ١٠٠٦ - م د ت: حاجب بن عمر الثقفي أبو خشينة -بضم الخاء وفتح الشين المعجمتين ثم مثناة تحت ساكنة، ثم نون، ثم تاء التأنيث- البصري أخو عيسى بن عمر النحوي. عن عمه الحكم بن الأعرج، والحسن، وابن سيرين. وعنه يحيى القطان، وابن عُلَيَّة وخلق. روى عنه ابن عون، وهو أكبر منه، وثقه أحمد (¬٢)، وابن معين، ذكرهابن حبان في الثقات، وأحمد العجلي أيضًا (¬١)، قال الذهبي (¬٢) - مما زاده على المزي - توفي سنة (١٥٨).
