    [٨٥٥٢/ ٧٣٨١] (د ت ق) أبو سبرة النخعى الكوفى يقال عبد الله بن عابس. عن: فروة بن مسيك ومحمد بن كعب. وعنه: الأعمش والحسن بن الحكم وغيرهم في "الثقات" لا بن حبان. ذكره في الطبقة الثانية ونسبه فيها، ذكره في "الميزان" فقال: أبو سبرة النخعي كوفي رسمه عبد الله بن عابس عن فروة بن مشيك القرظى وعنه الأعمش والحسن بن الحكم، قال ابن معين: لا أعرفه، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" قال الذهبي: يقع لنا حديثه في المحامليات عاليًا انتهى.
