[٨٢١٦/ ٧١١١] (خ م د س) يعلى بن الحارث بن حرب بن جرير المحاربي الكوفى. عن: إياس بن سلمة بن الأكوع وسليمان بن حبيب المحاربي وجماعة. وعنه: ابنه يحيى بن يعلى ووكيع وعبد الرحمن بن مهدى وأبو الوليد ويحيى الحماني -وقد تقدم ضبط الحماني مرات- وأحمد بن يونس وآخرون. وثقه ابن المدينى وابن معين، قال (خ): مات سنة (١٦٨). ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" وأرخ وفاته كما ذكرت عن (خ).
