[٧٩٩٦/ ٦٩٢٥] (ق) يحيى بن معلى بن منصور الرازي، أبو زكريا، ويقال: أبو عوانة حدث ببغداد. عن: أبيه، وأبى غسان النهدى، وأبى اليمان، ويحيى الوحاظى، وعَمرو بن مرزوق، وإسحاق الفَروى - بإسكان الراء - وطبقتهم. وعنه: (ق)، وحرب الكرماني، وأحمد بن عَمرو البزار - بالراء فى آخره، وقد تقدم مرارًا -، ومحمد بن المسيب الأرغياني، والحُسين والقاسم ابنا إسماعيل المحاملي، وأحمد بن حمدون الأعمش، وطائفة. وكان من أصحاب الحديث وثقه أبو بكر الخطيب. وذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته".
