[٧٨٤٣/ ٦٧٩٨] (تمييز) يحيى بن أبى بُكير النخعي الكوفى. قال ابن يونس: حدث بمصر ومات سنة (٢٣٠). وذكره أحمد العجلى في "ثقاته" فقال: يحيى بن أبى بكير، كوفى حسن العقل ظريفًا سمع من وكيع، وابن إدريس، وحفص، وابن عيينة، وكان موسرًا، سكن مصر فآتاه رجل سندى يطلب الحديث فسأله في حديث سفيان ليخرجه له فقال له يحيى: إن كنت محتاجًا [قوتيك] (*) ولا [تستجدى] (¬١) هذا كان عملى بالكوفة -يريد أستأكِلُ بالحديث- لن تنال منى درهما. قال: فإني محتاج فأعطاه دينارًا انتهى.
