[٧٦٦٣/ ٦٦٤٧] (تمييز) الهيثم بن خالد بن يزيد أبو صالح وراق أبي نعيم. روى عنه: أحمد بن علي بن أحمد الكوفى، وأبو بكر أحمد بن محمد بن هارون الخلال. قال ابن عقدة: مات بالكوفة في شعبان سنة (٢٧٨) وقد تقدم هذا في ترجمة الذي قبله وذكر هذا ابن حبان في "ثقاته".
