[٧٦٥٦/ ٦٦٤٠] (س) الهيثم بن أيوب السلمى الطالقاني وقد تقدم أن النووي في "شرح مسلم" ضبط هذا النسب بفتح اللام وقد رأيته بخطى بإسكانها وعليه (صح) أبو عمران. عن: إبراهيم بن سعد، وعبد العزيز الدراوردى، ومعتمر بن سليمان، وطبقتهم. وعنه: س، وموسى بن هارون وجعفر الفريابي، وآخرون. وثقه النسائي قال موسى بن هارون: كان نبيلًا من الرجال مات بالطالقان سنة (٢٣٨) وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
