    [٧٥٧٠/ ٦٥٥٨) (د ق) الهرْمَاس بن حبيب - بفتح الحاء المهملة وكسر الموحدة - التميمي العنبري. عن: أبيه عن جده. وعنه: النضر بن شميل. لا يعرف، قاله أبو حاتم شيخ أعرابي.وفى "الثقات" في الصحابة لابن حبان: الهرماس بن حبيب العنبرى له صحبة. انتهى. وفى "الميزان": الهرماس بن حبيب عن أبيه عن جده. قال أحمد ويحيى: لا يُعرف ثم قال: قلت: تفرد عنه النضر بن شميل. انتهى.
