[٧٠٠٠/ ٦٠٢٢] (تمييز) معاذ بن الحارث المزني النجارى - بالنون، والجيم إلى بنى النجار - أبو حليمة - يعني: معاذ بن الحارث - المعروف بالقارئ. قيل: شهد الخندق، وقيل: ولد عام الخندق وهو الذي أقامه عُمر - رضي الله [عنه]- (¬١) لصلاة التراويح، وشهد يوم الجسر مع أبى عُبيد. روى عن: أبي بكر، وعُمر، وعثمان. وعنه: سعيد المقبري، ونافع، وغيرهما قال أبو أحمد الحاكم: قتل يوم الحرة سنة (٦٣) في ذى الحجة، وقيل: مات قبل زيد بن ثابت.
