[٦٩٨٢/ ٦٠٠٤] (٤) المطلب بن ربيعة بن الحارث بن عبد المطلب الهاشمي. ابن عم النبي ﷺ، له صحبة، وحديث. رواه عنه: عبد الله بن الحارث بن نوفل. وفي إسناده اضطراب وقيل في اسمه: عبد المطلب - وقد تقدم في مكانه -. قال ابن عبد البر: المطلب بن ربيعة ونسبه. كان غلامًا على عهد رسول الله ﷺ روى عنه عبد الله بن الحارث. انتهى. وعبد الله بن الحارث بن نوفل حنكه النبي ﷺ والصحيح أنه تابعي تقدم.
