[٦٩٢١/ ٥٩٤٤] (خ م د س ق) مسلم بن أبي مريم، يسار - بتقديم المثناة تحت على السين المهملة -. قال ابن حبان: مولى لبني سُليم. المدني: عن: ابن عُمر، وعبد الله بن سرجس، وأبي سعيد الخدري، وأبي صالح السمان، وطائفة. وعنه: يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري، ومالك، والليث، ووهيب بن خالد، وسفيان بن عيينة، وفُضيل بن سُليمان، وآخرون. وثقه ابن معين، وأبو داود وهو أخو محمد، وعبد الله. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات". وقال: مات في ولاية أبي جعفر. • تنبيه: قال أبو حاتم: حديثه عن أبي سعيد الخدري مرسل وعن علي ليس بمتصل بينهما علي بن عبد الرحمن المعاوي.
