[٦٨١٧/ ٥٨٤٠] (ق) مخلد - كالذي قبله - ابن الضحاك بن مسلم. عن: قتادة، والزبير بن عُبيد. وعنه: ابنه أبو عاصم النبيل، ويونس المؤدب، وحرمي بن عُمارة. ذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته". وقال العقيلي: لا يتابع على حديثه. وذكره في "الميزان" فذكر فيه كلام العُقيلي، ثم ذكر له حديثًا من حديث ابنه عنه من طريق عائشة مرفوعًا: "إذا عرض لأحدكم رزق فلا يدعه حتى يتغير له أو يتنكر له". ثم ذكر ذكر ابن حبان له في "ثقاته" انتهى. مات سنة (١٦٧).
