[٦٧٧٩/ ٥٨٠٣] (ق) محرز - كالذي قبله - ابن عبد الله، أبو رجاء الجزري. مولى هشام بن عبد الملك. عن: مكحول، وبُرد بن سِنان، وعروة بن رويم، وجماعة. وعنه: الثوري، وأبو معاوية، والمحاربي، وموسى بن أعين، ويعلى بن عُبيد، وطائفة. وثقه أبو حاتم. وقال أبو داود: ليس به بأس. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" فقال: كان يدلس عن مكحول، يعتبر حديثه ما بين السماع فيه عن مكحول وغيره.
