[٦٦٥٤/ ٥٦٩٤]- (س) محمد بن يحيى بن محمد الكلبى، أبو عبد الله الحراني الحافظ، لؤلؤ. عن: أبي قتادة الحراني، ومحمد بن موسى بن أعين، وعبد الغفار بن داود الحراني، وعثمان بن عبد الرحمن الطرائفى، وأبي نعيم، وأبى اليمان، ومحمد بن سابق، وخلق كثير. وعنه: (س)، وعلى بن سراج المصرى، وأبو عروبة، وابن صاعد، وأبو عوانة الإسفراييني، ومكحول البيروتي، وخلق. وثقه (س) وغيره، مات فى صفر سنة (٢٦٧). وذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته" وأرخ وفاته كذلك شهرًا وسنة.
