    [٦١٧٢] (تمييز) محمد بن صدقة الفَدَكي. وفدك بقرب المدينة المشرفة، بفتح الفاء والدال المهملة، والكاف على ليلتين منها أو أكثر. قال الذهبي في "ميزانه": حديثه منكر. قال الطبراني: حدثنا يحيى بن عثمان بن صالح، ثنا عَمرو بن الربيع بن طارق، ثنا محمد بن صدقة، عن مالك عن ابن شهاب، عن أنس قال النبي ﷺ: "إذا ادخر لأهله قوت السنة تصدق بما بقى". فقال رواه حبيب - يعني: بالحاء المهملة المفتوحة وبالموحدة وقد تقدم في مكانه - كاتب مالك عن ابن صدقة. انتهى. وهذا ذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته" وقال يعتبر بحديثه إذا بين السماع في روايته فإنه كان يسمع من قوم ضعفاء عن مالك، ثم يدلس عنه انتهى.
