[٦١١١/ ٥٢٦٠] (س ق) محمد بن سليمان بن سلمان المدنى القُبائى - منسوب إلى قباء وهو فيما يظهر لى من حديثه ومن نسخة صحيحة من "الكاشف" في ضبطه وهي التي على ثلاثة أميال من المدينة المشرّفة ويؤنث ويذكر ويصرف، ولا يصرف - المعروف بالكرماني. عن: أبي أمامة بن سهل. وعنه: حاتم بن إسماعيل، ومجمع بن يعقوب، وعيسى بن يونس، وجماعة. وثقه ابن حبان. سمع أبا أمامة بن سهل يقول: من خرج حتى يأتي مسجد قباء فصلى فيه كان له عدل عمرة أخرجه (س). وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" وقال: أظنه يروى عن الحجازيين، وقد أدرك أبا أمامة بن سهل روى عنه حاتم بن إسماعيل، والدراوردى وعيسى بن يونس انتهى.
