[٦٠٢٠/ ٥١٩٩] (م د س ق) محمد بن خلاد الباهلي، أبو بكر البصرى. عن ابن عينية، والدراوردى، ونوح بن قيس، ومعتمر بن سليمان، ويحيى القطان، والوليد بن مسلم غندر، وطبقتهم. وعنه (م)، (د)، (ق)، وزكريا خياط السُّنة، وبقى بن مخلد، وإبراهيم الحربي، والحسن بن سفيان، وابن ناجية، وطائفة. وثقه ابن حبان، وكان يُعد من العقلاء. وقال ابن حبان وغيره: مات سنة (٢٣٩). وقال ابن أبي عاصم سنة (٤٠) وقيل غير ذلك.
