[٥٩٧٣/ ٥١٦٤] (ت سي) محمد بن حُمران بن عبد العزيز أبو عبد الله القسيى البصرى. عن: داود بن أبي هند، وخالد الحذاء، وعبد الله بن بُسر - بضم الموحدة، وبالسين المهملة الحبراني - بضم الحاء المهملة، ثم موحدة ساكنة - وأشعث بن عبد الملك، وجماعة. وعنه: حُميد بن مسعدة، وأحمد بن عبدة - بإسكان الموحدة - وخليفة بن خياط، ونصر بن على، وآخرون. قال أبو حاتم: صالح، وقال (س): ليس بالقوى. وقال ابن عدي: له إفرادات، وغرائب، وما أرى به بأسًا. وقال أبو زرعة: محله الصدق. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" وقال: يخطئ. ذكره في "الميزان" فقال: صالح الحديث، ثم ذكر كلام النسائي، وكلام ابن عدى انتهى.
