[٥٧٦٨/ ٥٠٠٠]- (ت) كنانة مولى صفية بنت حُيَيّ أم المؤمنين. عنها: وعن عثمان بن عفان، وأبى هريرة، والأشتر النخعى. وعنه: زهير بن معاوية، وأخوه حُديج - بضم الحاء وفتح الدال المهملتين - ومحمد بن طلحة بن مُصرف، وهاشم بن سعيد، وغيرهم. ذكره ابن حبان في "ثقاته" وقال: أدرك عثمان وشهد قتله وقد سمع من صفية بنت حيى.
