[٥٤٩١/ ٤٦٩٩] (م د س ق) غيلان بن جامع، أبو عبد الله المحاربي، قاضي الكوفة. عن: علقمة بن مرثد، وسماك بن حرب، وقتادة، وخلق.وعنه: شعبة، ويعلى بن الحارث المحاربي، وشريك، وعلى بن عاصم، وآخرون. قال ابن المدينى: له نحو عشرين حديثًا، وثقه ابن معين، وابن المدينى. وقال أبو حاتم: شيخ. وقال ابن حبان في "ثقاته": [مات] (¬١) يزيد بن عمر بن هبيرة يعنى بعد (١٣٠).
