[٥٠٤٢/ ٤٣١٠] (ت) عُمر بن ميمون بن بَحْر أبو على بن الرماح البلخي، قاضي بلخ، والد عبد الله بن الرماح قاضي نيسابور. عن: الضحاك، وكثير - بفتح الكاف، وكسر المثلثة - ابن زياد العتكى، وإسماعيل بن أبي صالح، وجماعة. وعنه: عبد الله، ويحيى بن آدم، ويحيى بن حسان التنيسي، ويحيى بن يحيى النيسابوري، ويحيى الحماني، وشبابة بن سوار، وداود بن عمرو الضبي، وغيرهم. وثقه ابن معين، وأبو داود. قال الخطيب البغدادى ولى قضاء بلخ أكثر من عشرين سنة وكان محمودًا في ولايته مذكورًا بالحلم والعلم والصلاح والفهم، عمى في آخر عمره. قال على بن الفضل البلخى مات فى رمضان سنة (١٧١).
