[٥٠١٤/ ٤٢٨٥] (ق) عُمر بن عثمان بن عُمر بن موسى بن عُبيد الله بن معمر، أبو حفص التيمي- المدنى. عن: أبيه، ويونس بن يزيد، وعبيد الله بن عُمر، نافع بن راشد، وطائفة. وعنه: إبراهيم بن المنذر، والزبير بن بكار. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" وقال مستقيم الحديث. وذكره فى "الميزان" وقال: ذكره ابن عدى فى "الكامل" سأل عثمان بن سعيد يحيى بن معين عنه فقال: لا أعرفه روى عنه إبراهيم بن المنذر وابن أبي أويس. روى شيئًا يسيرًا. وقد وثق أيضًا. انتهى.
