[٤٤٦٩/ ٣٨٠٢] (د س) عثمان بن الحكم الجذامي المصري.عن: يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري، وموسى بن عقبة، وابن جريج، ويونس الأيلي - بفتح الهمزة، ثم مثناة تحت ساكنة -، وجماعة. وعنه: ابن وهب، وإسحاق بن الفرات، والليث بن عاصم، وآخرون. قال أبو حاتم: شيخ ليس بالمتقن. قال ابن يونس: توفي سنة (١٦٣)، وكان فقيهًا عُرض عليه القضاء بمصر فلم يقبله، وهجر الليث لكونه أشار بولايته. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات". ذكره في "الميزان"، وذكر فيه قول أبي حاتم، والله أعلم.
