[٤٣٨٧/ ٣٧٢٠] (تمييز) عبيد بن سلمان الأغر. عن: أبيه، وسعيد بن المسيب، وعطاء بن يسار. وعنه: موسى بن عقبة، وابن أبي ذئب، وجماعة. ذكره (خ) في كتاب "الضعفاء". وقال أبو حاتم: لا أعلم في حديثه إنكاراً يحول من كتاب "الضعفاء" الذى ألفه (خ)، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" كما رأيته فيها. وذكره في "الميزان"، فقال: لينه (خ)، وقال أبو حاتم: بل يحول من "الضعفاء" انتهى.
