[٤٣٧٧/ ٣٧١١] (م ت سي) (¬١) عُبيد بن الحسن المزني، ويقال: التغلبي، - والظاهر أنه بالمثناة فوق، والعين المعجمة، والله أعلم.، أبو الحسن الكوفى. عن: ابن أبي أوفى، وعبد الرحمن بن معقل. وعنه: منصور، والأعمش، وشعبة، وسفيان، وجماعة. وثقه ابن معين، وأبو حاتم. وقال يحيى القطان: عبيد أبو الحسن ممن لم يدركه سفيان، وسفيان يقول: أدركناه. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: روى عنه الثورى، وشعبة، ومسعر وهو الذى يروى عنه الأعمش، ويقول: حدثنا أبو الحسن الثعلبى.
