[٤٣٦٨/ ٣٧٠٢] (ت ق) عبيد بن أسباط بن محمد القرشي، مولاهم الكوفى. عن: أبيه، وعبد الله بن إدريس، ويحيى بن يمان، وجماعة. وعنه: (ت)، (ق)، والبخارى فى "القراءة خلف الإمام"، ومطين، والحكيم الترمذى محمد بن على، ومحمد بن يحيى بن منده. وثقه مطين. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، فقال: الهمداني - يعنى: بإسكان الميم، وبالدال المهملة - أبو محمد، من أهل الكوفة، مات سنة (٢٥٠) في شهر ربيع الأول، وكان من حلفاء قريش انتهى. قال مطين: مات في ربيع الآخر سنة (٢٥٠).
