[٣٨٣٩/ ٣٨٠١] (د) عبد الله (¬١) بن حُسين الحنفى الهروى أبو الحسين.عن: سفيان بن عيينة، وابن عبد الرحمن المقرئ. وعنه: (د)، وابنه حسين، وأبو بكر بن أبي داود، ومحمد بن المنكدر شكر - بفتح الشين المعجمة وتشديد الكاف المفتوحة ثم راء - وهو لقبه، وغيرهم. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات". قال الذهبي: فيما زاده على "التهذيب" قلت: مات سنة (٢٥٦).
