[٣٧٤٤/ ٣٧١٣] (ق) عبد الحميد بن زياد بن صيفى بن صُهيب بن سنان الرومى مولى ابن جُدعان التيمي. عن: أبيه وشعيب بن عمر الأنصاري. وعنه: ابنه على ونسيبه يوسف بن محمد. قال أبو حاتم: شيخ وذكره في "الميزان" قال عن أبيه عن جده. قال: (خ): لا يُعرف سماع بعضهم من بعض. ثم ذكر له حديثًا وهو: الحميدي عن عبد الحميد حدثني أبي عن أبيه عن جده صُهيب مرفوعًا: لا تبغضوا صهيبًا".
