[٣٢٤٣/ ٣٢٨٩] (م س) عبد الله بن السائب الكندي، ويقال: الشيباني الكوفي. عن: أبيه وعبد الله بن مقرن، وزاذان الكندى، وغيرهم. وعنه: الأعمش، وأبو إسحاق الشيباني، وسفيان الثورى، وجماعه. وثقه أبو حاتم، وابن معين، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وذكره في "الميزان" تمييزًا من الذي ذكرته أنا هنا. * تنبيه: من يقال له عبد الله بن السائب غير من ذكرت وهم غير واحد في "الجرح والتعديل" و"ثقات ابن حبان" تركتهم اختصارًا.
