[٣٠٣٥/ ٣٠٨٤] (سى) عباد بن عباد بن علقمة المازني المصري. ويقال له عباد بن أخضر وهو زوج أمه. عن: أبي مجلز لاحق بن حميد وهلال بن يزيد. وعنه: معتمر بن سليمان وحماد بن سعيد البرّاء - بتشديد الراء ممدود - وغيرهما وثقه ابن معين وأبو داود. قال ابن حبان - في "الثقات" -: عباد بن عباد بن علقمة بن أخضر يروى المقاطيع، روى عنه المعتمر بن سليمان، وذكره في "الميزان" تمييزًا من الآتي هنا بعده وقال: عُرف بابن أخضر وذكر توثيق ابن معين له وأبي داود وقال: مقلّ ثم أسند عنه حديثًا من المسند. ثم قال: رواه (س) في اليوم والليلة.
