    [٢٩٥٨/ ٣٠٠٦] (د ت ق) عاصم بن رجاء بن حيوة الكندي الفِلَسْطيني. عن: أبيه، والقاسم بن عبد الرحمن، ومكحول، ووهب بن منبه وجماعة. وعنه: إسماعيل بن عياش، ووكيع، والخُريبي، وأبو نعيم وجماعة. قال ابن معين: صويلح. وقال أبو زرعة: لا بأس به. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" ذكره في "الميزان" فذكر كلام أبي زرعة وكلام ابن معين. ثم قال: ويقال: إن قتيبة تكلم فيه انتهى.
