[٢٧٢٠/ ٢٧٤٨] (د) شعيب بن خالد البجلي الرازي. قاضي الري، على أهل الذمة. عن: عطاء بن أبي رباح، وسلمة بن كُهيل، والزهري، وأبي إسحاق، وجماعة.وعنه: ابن أخته يحيى بن العلاء، وحكام بن مسلم، وزهير بن معاوية، وجماعة. وكان أحد العلماء. قال يحيى بن المغيرة: رأيته وكان قاضي المجوس والدَّهَّاقين، وكان عيينة بن سعيد قاضي المسلمين. قال (س): ليس به بأس. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
