[٢٠٤٨/ ٢٠٧٣] (ع) زياد بن يحيى بن زياد بن حسان الحساني، أبو الخطاب النكرى - بالنون المضمومة - العدنى، ثم البصري، محدث رحال. عن: ابن عيينة، ومعتمر بن سليمان، ونوح بن قيس، ومحمد بن سواء، وطبقتهم.وعنه: (ع)، وابن أبي عاصم، وابن خزيمة، وابن جرير، وزكريا الساجي، وأبو روق الهزاني، وخلق. وثقه أبو حاتم، وغيره توفى سنة (٢٥٤). ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وأرخ وفاته كما ذكرت.
