[١٨١٠/ ١٨٢٩] (ق) راشد بن نَجِيح أبو محمد الحماني البصري. عن: أنس، وعبد الله بن الحارث بن نوفل، ومعاذة العدوية، وشهر بن حوشب، وطائفة. وعنه: حماد بن زيد، وعبد الوهاب الثقفي، وأبو نعيم، وعبد الوهاب الخفاف، وجماعة. قال أبو حاتم: صالح الحديث: وقال ابن حبان في "الثقات": ربما أخطأ ذكره في "الميزان"، وذكر فيه كلام أبي حاتم، وابن حبان، ثم قال: وقال آخر: كان عارفًا المصاحف، ثم ذكر الذهبي بإسناده إليه قال: أتيت عبد الله بن الحارث بن نوفل، فسألته عن الاسم الأعظم، فقال ثنا ابن عباس ﵄ أن النبي ﷺ كان يقول عند الكرب "لا إله إلا الله الحليم العظيم" وذكر الحديث.
