[١٧٤٣/ ١٧٦٤] (د ق) داود بن صالح بن دينار التمار المدنى مولى الأنصار. عن: أبي أمامة بن سهل، وأبي سلمة، والقاسم بن محمد، وأبيه، وأمه. وعنه: ابن جريج، وعبد العزيز الدراوردي، وجماعة. قال أحمد: لا أعلم به بأسًا. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: مولى الأنصار، وقيل إنه مولى أبي قتادة، ثم قال: وليس هذا الذي يقال له: داود بن أبي صالح التمار أحسبه الذي روى عنه أبو عبد الله الشقرى (*). انتهى.
