[١٣٨٤/ ١٣٩٣] (خ د س ق) حفص بن عبد الله بن راشد السُّلمي النيسابوري قاضيها، أبو عُمر، وقيل: أبو سهل. عن: يونس بن أبي إسحاق، وابن أبي ذئب، والثوري، وإبراهيم بن طهمان، فأكثر عنه. وعنه: ابنه أحمد، ومحمد بن عَقِيل الخزاعي، ومحمد بن يزيد بن محمش، وآخرون. قال محمد بن عقيل: كان قاضيًا بالأثر عشرين سنة، ولا يقضي بالرأي. قال (س)، وغيره: ليس به بأس. قال ابنه: مات في شعبان سنة (٢٠٩).
