    [١٣٧٢/ ١٣٧٩] (ق) حصين مولى آل عثمان بن عفان. عن: أبي رافع، وجابر. وعنه: ابنه داود.ضعفه أبو حاتم، وغيره. ذكره في "الميزان" في جماعة ممن اسمه حصين، وقال: لا يعرفون، بلى والد داود يعني هذا الذي نحن في ترجمته يروي عن جابر، تركه ابن حبان. قال (خ): ليس حديثه بالقائم، ثم تعقب ذلك، فقال: (قلتُ): متماسك (*). * حصين عن: عاصم، في ترجمة حصين بن منصور.
