[٩٧٨/ ٩٦٢] (خ) جمعة بن عبد الله بن زياد، أبو بكر السلمي البلخي. وقيل: اسمه يحيى، وجمعة لقبه. عن: هشيم، ومروان بن معاوية، وجماعة. وعنه: (خ)، والحسن بن سفيان، والحسن بن الطيب البلخي، وغيرهم. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وأنه من دُعاة السُّنَّة، فذكر أنه مستقيم الحديث توفي سنة (٢٣٣).
