[٨٦٦/ ٨٤٣] (د) ثعلبة بن صُعير - بضم الصاد، وفتح العين المهملتين - مصغر، أو ابن أبى الصُّعير بالتصغير - العُذري. له صحبة وحديث. وقيل: بل هو عن أبيه، عن النبي ﷺ. وعنه: ابنه عبد الله في صدقة الفطر، والحديث مضطرب. • تنبيه: ثعلبة بن صُعير له عن النبي ﷺ في صدقة الفطر كما بينته، أخرجه (د) والحديث مضطرب كما ذكرتُ، وذكره ابن أبي حاتم في المراسيل، وروى عن ابن معين أنه قال: قد رأى النبي ﷺ وأثبت الدارقطني، وغيره له صحبة، ولابنه عبد الله أيضًا. قال العلائي: ولعل هذا أظهر، والله ﷾ أعلم (¬١).
