[٨٢٩/ ٨٠٥] (ت) تميم بن عَطيَّة العنسي - بالنون - الداراني. عن: مكحول، وعُمير بن هانئ، وغيرهما. وعنه: إسماعيل بن عياش، والوليد، وآخرون. وثقه دحيم، وأبو زرعة. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وذكره في "الميزان" وذكر توثيق دحيم وأبي زرعة له ثم قال: وروى عن مكحول قال: جالست شريحًا. قال أبو حاتم الرازي: هذا القول يدل على ضعفه، فما أرى مكحولًا جالس شريحًا. ثم عقبه بقوله: (قلتُ): الصواب: تميم بن عطية. وقيل ابن طَرَفة، وليس بشيء، فإن تميم بن طرفة طائي كوفي من الثقات يروي عن عدي بن حاتم. انتهى.
