[٧٥١/ ٧١٨] (م ٤) بشير - كالذي قبله - ابن سلمان أبو إسماعيل الكندي الكوفي. عن: أبي حازم الأشجعي، وخيثمة بن يوسف الفريابي، وطائفة. وثقه ابن معين، وأحمد، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات". ذكره في "الميزان" فقال: بَشِير بنسلمان: صالح الحديث، وفيه لين. هكذا، وجدته يخطئ، وهو الكندي والد الحكَم، روى عن أبي حازم الأشجعي، ومجاهد. وعنه: السفيانان، والفريابي وعِدَة. وقد وثقه أحمد، وابن معين، واحتج به مسلم. انتهى (¬١).
