    [٥٩٢/ ٥٦٢] (س ق) أمية بن هند المزني. عن: عبد الله بن عامر بن ربيعة، وأبي أمامة بن سهل، وعروة. وعنه: سعيد بن أبي هلال، وعبد الله بن عيسى بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، فقال: أمية بن هند، يروى عن: أبي أمامة سعيد بن أبي هلال. انتهى. وذكره فى "الميزان"، وقال فيه: قال ابن معين: لا أعرفه، ثم عقبه بقوله (قلت): روى عنه سعيد بن أبي هلال، وغيره، انتهى. يعنى فما هو مجهول العين.
