[١٧٢/ ١٦٢] (س) إبرهيم بن الحجّاج النِّيلى - بكسر النون، ثم مثناة تحت ساكنة - والنيل: بليدة بين الكوفة وواسط. عن: أبي عوانة، وحماد بن زيد، وسَلام بن أبي مُطيع، وغيرهم. وعنه: خليفة بن خياط، وأبو يعلى الموصلى، والحسن بن سفيان. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات". توفى بالبصرة سنة (٢٣٢). له في (س): "اشربوا في الظروف ولا تسكروا".
