٣٤٢ - فتح بن موسى بن حماد الأندلسي القصري المنشأ، الأسيوطي الوفاة، المكنى بأبي نصر (¬١). كان فقيهًا أصوليًا، أديبًا شاعرًا. سمع الحديث بدمشق من أبي اليمن الكندي، وببغداد من أبي عبد الله ابن الدبيثي (¬٢). وحدَّث، وصنَّف، ودرَّس. ولد بالجزيرة الخضراء، في شهر رجب، سنة ثمان وثمانين وخمس مئة. وتوفي بأسيوط من صعيد مصر، سنة ثلاث وستين وست مئة. وله تصانيف (¬٣).
