    ٢٦٣ - عثمان بن عبد الكريم بن أحمد بن خليفة الصنهاجي المحتد التِّزْمَنْتِي المولد، ينعت بالسَّديد، ويكنى أبا عمرو (¬١). كان فقيهًا على مذهب الشافعي فاضلًا. سمع من الإمام أبي محمد ابن عبد السلام، وتفقه به وبغيره. ودرَّس بالمدرسة الفاضلية، وناب في الحكم بالقاهرة، وكان متدينًا متورعًا. مولده بتِزْمَنْت (¬٢) من عمل البهنسا، سنة خمس وست مئة. وتوفي بالقاهرة في خامس عشر ذي قعدة، سنة أربع وسبعين. وقال الشريف: حادي عشر ذي قعدة (¬٣).
