٢٤٧ - عبد الملك بن زيد بن ياسين التغلبي الدَّولَعي، ودولَعية من قرى الموصل، يكني أبا القاسم (¬١). كان من فضلاء الشافعية، واستوطن دمشق، وتولى الخطابة والتدريس بجامعها. وحدث عن أبي الفتح الكَرُوخي، وأبي الحسن اليزدي، ونصر الله بن عبد القوي المصيصي. سمع منه المفتي أبو الحسن علي بن هبة الله بن سلامة المصري. وكان صالحًا متورعًا، وصنّف في تحريم اليراع (¬٢) "مصنفًا" (¬٣).مولده في سنة أربع عشرة وخمس مئة، وقيل قبلها. وتوفي في شهر ربيع الأول، سنة ثمان وتسعين.
