١٣٤ - الحسين بن عتيق بن الحسين بن عتيق بن الحسين بن رشيق بن عبد الله الربعي الإسكندراني المولد، ينعت بالجمال، ويكنى بأبي علي (¬١). كان فقيهًا على مذهب مالك فاضلًا فيه. سمع من ابن عوف، ومن والده. وحدث، روى عنه الحافظ المنذري، وقال: كان من العلماء الورعين (¬٢).ودرّس بالمسجد المعروف به بفُسْطاط مصر. وأفتى وصنّف (¬١)، وله "فتاوى" جمعها ابنه. مولده بالإسكندرية، في ثالث عشر شعبان (¬٢)، سنة تسع وأربعين وخمس مئة. وتوفي بمصر، في ثالث عشرين ربيع الآخر، قيل سنة ثمان وثلاثين وست مئة. وقال المنذري: سنة اثنتين وثلاثين، وقال: دفن من الغد (¬٣).
